Clinical Protocol

7-Day Cardiac Recovery Plan

A specialized protocol for supporting heart muscle recovery and reducing cardiac inflammation, typically after stress or injury.

Protocol Objectives
Anti-Inflammatory

Troponin leaks when heart cells are damaged/inflamed. Prioritize turmeric, ginger, and Omega-3s to calm systemic inflammation.

CoQ10 Support

The heart has the highest concentration of CoQ10. Eat organ meats, fatty fish, and spinach to fuel mitochondrial repair.

Stress Reduction

Minimizing physiological stress (caffeine, alcohol, sugar) reduces the workload on the heart muscle allowing repair.

Collagen/Glycine

Heart tissue repair requires amino acids. Bone broth and collagen provide the building blocks for remodeling.

Medical Priority

Elevated Troponin is a serious medical finding. This diet supports recovery but does NOT replace emergency care or medication prescribed by a cardiologist.

Rest

Unlike other markers where exercise helps, elevated Troponin often requires physical rest. Do not exert yourself until cleared.
